These Terms of Service govern your use of Water Sort Puzzle: Sort Colors, developed byAyelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Water Sort Puzzle for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except as permitted by law;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or APIs;
- exploit bugs to gain coins, entitlements, or rewards you did not earn or purchase;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
Ads & in-app purchases
The game is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. The app offers optional purchases through Google Play or the App Store:
- Pro (subscription): a monthly auto-renewing subscription with ad-free play and other perks. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- Remove Ads (one-time): a non-consumable purchase that permanently removes interruption ads. It can be restored on devices signed in with the same store account using "Restore purchases".
- Coin packs (consumable): coins are credited immediately and, like all consumables, cannot be restored once spent.
All payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple and are subject to their terms; we never see your payment details.
Virtual items
Coins, powerups, cosmetics and other in-game items are virtual content with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money, and may be adjusted (for example to balance the game economy) or forfeited if the app is discontinued or these Terms are violated.
Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature (including ad configuration, levels, rewards, and the in-game economy) at any time. We aim to keep the app working but provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Game progress is stored on your device; deleting the app deletes your progress.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of game progress or virtual items.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Additional terms for Apple App Store users
The following terms are required by Apple and apply if you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store. Where they conflict with anything above, these terms control.
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are concluded between you and Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD only, and not with Apple. Ayelite, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you is a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. Ayelite is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
- Warranty. Ayelite is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Ayelite's sole responsibility.
- Product claims. Ayelite, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property. If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Ayelite, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer contact. Any questions, complaints, or claims about the app should be directed to Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD atinfo@ayelite.com.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
- Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Additional terms for Google Play users
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD only, and not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
