Water Sort Puzzle: Sort Colors ("the app") is a puzzle game for Android and iOS operated byAyelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). The app has no login or account: your game progress lives on your device, and we collect only what is needed to run the game, show advertising in the free version, process optional purchases, and understand aggregate usage. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Your level progress, stars, coins, daily streak, unlocked cosmetics and settings are saved locally on your device. We do not upload your saves to our servers, and uninstalling the app deletes them.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate behaviour — for example how many players reach a level, which features are used, app version, OS version, device model, and an approximate country derived from your IP address. This data is tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name, email, or any account.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and device state (device model, OS version, stack traces) when the app malfunctions, so we can find and fix bugs. Crash reports do not include your name or contact details.
If you buy something, our purchase provider RevenueCat receives the store receipt and a random app user ID so your purchases (like Remove Ads or Pro) can be validated and restored across reinstalls and devices. We never see or store your payment card details — payment itself is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If notifications are enabled, the app registers a device token with Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send occasional updates. Daily play reminders are scheduled on your device itself and involve no server. You can turn notifications off at any time in your system settings.
What we do not collect: no name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone data. There is no account and no sign-up.
The free version shows ads served through Google AdMob — banner ads, occasional interstitial ads between levels, an app-open ad, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits (such as hints or an extra tube). AdMob may collect device information and advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android; the Apple IDFA on iOS, only where you permit it). On iOS you will see an App Tracking Transparency prompt before any personalized tracking — you can decline, or change your choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in system settings. Ad-related data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy. Purchasing Remove Ads (or subscribing to Pro) removes banner, interstitial and app-open ads; rewarded ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.
All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The app offers an optional Pro subscription, a one-time Remove Ads purchase, and consumable coin packs. We record only that a purchase was completed — tied to a random identifier, not your identity — so your entitlements can be restored.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the app: Google (AdMob advertising, Firebase analytics, crash reporting and messaging, Google Play billing),Apple (App Store purchases and app delivery), and RevenueCat(purchase validation and restore). Beyond that, we disclose information only if required by law.
Anonymous analytics and purchase records are kept for as long as we operate and improve the app. Because this data is not linked to your identity, deleting the app removes your local save data and identifiers from your device.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
