These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement, "EULA") govern your use of Swiper: Clean Phone Storage ("Swiper", "the app"), developed by Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Swiper for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
Swiper scans the photo and video library on your phone to suggest items you may want to remove, lets you review them, and deletes only what you select and confirm. Suggestions such as "similar", "blurry" or "Best" are automatic estimates; please review before deleting. Deleted items go to your phone's Recently Deleted or trash where your system provides one. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important.
Scanning, reviewing, swiping and selecting are free. Deleting items, an unlimited private vault (the free vault holds 25 items) and unlimited video compression (the free tier allows a few compressions a day) are part of Swiper Pro.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms; we never see your payment details. Purchase validation is processed by RevenueCat as described in our Privacy Policy.
Vault contents are encrypted and stored only inside the app on your phone. They are erased if you uninstall the app or lose your phone, and we cannot recover them or reset your PIN. Keep the recovery code shown when you set up the vault somewhere safe.
You agree not to:
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature (including plans, and pricing of future renewal periods with notice via the store) at any time. We aim to keep the app working but provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos, videos, vault contents or other data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your photos and videos never leave your phone. The app sends usage analytics and crash reports to Google Firebase, and app and subscription events to Meta to measure our ads, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can turn these off in Swiper → Settings → Privacy, and on iPhone and iPad tracking happens only if you allow it in Apple's prompt.
Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app. These Terms are between you and Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD, the developer of Swiper. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies to the extent it grants you additional rights. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
