These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement, "EULA") govern your use of IPTV Player: Stream & Cast Pro, developed by Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use IPTV Player for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
IPTV Player is a general-purpose media player. It does not include, supply, host, sell, or recommend any channels, streams, playlists, or subscriptions. All content is provided by you, through playlists, links, files, or server logins that you add. We are not affiliated with any IPTV provider, broadcaster, or content owner, and we have no control over the availability, quality, legality, or content of any stream you add.
You are solely responsible for the playlists and sources you add to the app and for how you use them. You represent that you have the right to access and view any content you play through the app, and that your use complies with the laws of your country and the terms of your content provider.You must not use the app to access, stream, or distribute content without authorisation from the rights holder. We may remove or disable features if we become aware they are being used to infringe others' rights.
Streams are delivered directly from third-party servers to your device. Those servers, and any Cast device you send a stream to, are governed by their own terms. We make no promise that any stream will play, that any server will remain available, or that any format will be supported.
If the app offers a premium upgrade or subscription, it is billed through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iOS. Current prices are always shown in the app and in the store before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions, if any, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings. All payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple and are subject to their terms; we never see your payment details.

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature (including supported playlist formats, casting, plans, and pricing of future renewal periods, with notice via the store) at any time. We aim to keep the app working but provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Your playlists, favourites and settings are stored on your device; deleting the app deletes them.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the content of any stream, for the acts or omissions of any content provider, or for any claim arising from content you choose to add. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored playlists or settings.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you add to the app or from your breach of these Terms.
Your use of the app is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy.
Google and Apple are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app. These Terms are between you and Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD, the developer of IPTV Player. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA applies to the extent it grants you additional rights.
