Guitar Tuner Pro & Metronome ("the app") is an instrument tuner and metronome operated by Ayelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). The app is a paid app with no advertising and is designed to collect as little data as possible: it needs only minimal information to operate and understand aggregate usage. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The app uses your device's microphone for one purpose only: detecting the pitch of your instrument in real time so it can show you the note, cents offset and frequency. All audio is processed on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. You can revoke microphone access at any time in your device settings; the tuner will not work without it, but the metronome will.
On first launch the app generates a random ID (a UUID) stored on your device. It is not your name, email, Apple ID, Google account, or advertising ID, and it is not linked to your real-world identity. We use it to count installs and understand how many people use the app.
App version, OS version, device model, and an approximate country derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored, and we do not collect precise location.
Aggregate session signals, tied only to the anonymous install identifier.
What we do not collect: the app has no login or account. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, audio recordings, or location.
Guitar Tuner Pro & Metronome is a paid app and contains no advertising. We do not include any third-party advertising SDKs, we do not use your data for ads, and we do not track you for advertising purposes.
The app is sold as a one-time purchase processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details, and your purchase is tied to your store account — reinstalling the app on a device signed in with the same account restores it automatically.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the app: Apple / Google (store purchases and app delivery). We do not share data with advertising networks. Beyond that, we disclose information only if required by law.
Anonymous install and event records are kept for as long as we operate and improve the app. Because the data is not linked to your identity, deleting the app removes the identifier from your device.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
