These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you andAyelite Technologies, trading as Ayelite ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of theGPS Map Camera: Geo Stamp mobile application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Installing or using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. Your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and applicable app store policies, which govern matters such as payments where they conflict with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. Minors may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
The App allows you to capture photos and videos with overlaid location and contextual data. Core features include:
Local-first design: your photos, videos, locations, and reports remain on your device. Content only leaves your device when you choose to share or export it.
Offline operation: core features work offline. Map tiles, ads, notifications, purchase validation, and analytics require internet connectivity and third-party services.
Anonymous accounts. The App automatically creates an anonymous account identified by a random identifier to enable purchase syncing, push notifications, and analytics. These accounts are not linked to personal information unless you upgrade them.
Optional credentialed accounts. You may optionally upgrade your account by providing an email and password. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity under your account.
You must promptly notify info@ayelite.com of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated as described in Section 21.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes only. The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for all photos, videos, audio, locations, reports, and other content you capture or create, including obtaining any necessary rights and permissions. Before capturing or sharing media containing other people, private property, or restricted areas, you must obtain any consent and authorization required by applicable law.
You must use location features lawfully and must not track, surveil, stalk, or harass any individual without a lawful basis and consent.
The App requires device permissions including camera, microphone, precise and approximate location, background location, media access, notifications, and network access. You may grant or revoke permissions through your device settings; revoking a permission may disable related features.
Computer-generated, approximate data. All location and contextual information stamped onto media — including GPS coordinates, accuracy radius, address, city/state/country, date, time, altitude, and compass heading — is automatically generated and provided on an "as is" basis, is inherently approximate, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Accuracy depends on factors outside our control, including satellite visibility, signal obstruction, indoor or underground use, device hardware and calibration, network conditions, device clock accuracy, and the correctness of third-party data providers.
The App is not a surveying, forensic, notarial, or legally certified record tool. We do not represent that stamps or reports are acceptable proof or evidence in legal, insurance, regulatory, commercial, or other proceedings.
You must not rely solely on the App for decisions where inaccuracy could cause injury, loss, or legal or financial consequences — including navigation, emergency, safety, surveying, engineering, legal, insurance, or medical decisions. Always independently verify critical information.
QR code or barcode content detected by the App is decoded from captured images and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying such content before acting on links or data.
The App does not generate images, text, or creative content using generative AI and does not transmit your photos or videos to external AI or content-generation services. The only automated image-analysis feature is on-device QR/barcode detection, which runs locally. The disclaimers in Section 8 apply to all automatically generated or detected data. If we introduce AI-based features in the future, we will update these Terms and provide any required disclosures before they become available.
The App, the Service, and all associated software, designs, templates, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The App is proprietary software — all rights reserved.
The names "GPS Map Camera: Geo Stamp," "GPS Map Camera," and "Ayelite" and associated logos may not be used without our prior written permission. Third-party components, map data, and SDKs remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their own terms and notices.
You retain all ownership rights in the photos, videos, reports, saved locations, custom text, and other content you create, including the resulting stamped images and exported files.
Because your content is stored locally and not uploaded to our servers, we claim no ownership over it and do not access it. You are responsible for backing up your content; uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes content stored on the device.
We do not require a license to your content for the core operation of the App. For content you voluntarily send us (such as attachments to a support request), you grant us a non-exclusive license solely to provide the requested support.
You may not use the App to create, store, or share content that is:
You are solely responsible for the content you create. Because content is stored locally, you remain responsible for its lawful use, storage, and distribution.
The App is free to download and use with core features, supported by advertising and subject to feature limitations. The App offers two optional one-time, lifetime (non-consumable) purchases through Google Play Billing:
These are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions, do not recur, do not auto-renew, and include no free trial or recurring charges. You pay once for lifetime access on entitled accounts and devices.
Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are set and converted by Google Play for your region. Future price changes do not affect existing purchases. Purchase entitlements are managed through RevenueCat and tied to your Google Play account. You may use the Restore Purchases function in Settings to recover previous purchases on a new device or after reinstalling, using the same Google Play account.
The App offers no coins, points, credits, virtual currency, or consumable purchases.
Free and Lite users may watch rewarded advertisements to obtain single, one-time uses of otherwise-gated functions — for example, one watermark-free capture or one PDF export per ad viewed. These rewarded unlocks are a temporary, single-use convenience granted by viewing an ad. They are not a purchase, not virtual currency, not transferable, have no monetary value, and may be modified, limited via cooldowns and frequency caps, or discontinued without notice.
All purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us directly, and are also subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies. Because purchases occur through Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and are generally requested through Google Play. We are not the merchant of record and may be unable to issue refunds directly. Where we are able to assist, you may contactinfo@ayelite.com, and we may, at our discretion, process eligible refunds through the relevant store or payment-management provider.
Because the App offers only one-time purchases and no subscriptions, there is no recurring billing to cancel. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
The free version displays advertising provided by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open ad formats, subject to frequency caps and cooldowns. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), you will receive a Google-certified consent prompt before personalized ads are displayed. Advertising consent and personalization can be managed through the prompt and your device's Google settings.
Purchasing Pro removes advertising. Purchasing Lite unlocks premium features but does not remove advertising. Advertisements may link to third-party content and websites outside our control and responsibility.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we and our service providers collect and how it is used. In summary, and without limiting the Privacy Policy: your media, saved locations, and reports remain on-device; we maintain anonymous or credentialed accounts and store limited device, analytics (non-content), and purchase information on our backend systems; and you can request export or deletion of the account data we hold. Analytics events exclude GPS coordinates, media files, and report contents.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their practices.
The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability. Backend-dependent features may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including changing which features are free or gated. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid removing paid features that materially define a purchased tier, but changes required for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons may occur.
Continued operation of the App may require you to install updates. We have no obligation to provide updates, support, or maintenance for any particular version, device, or operating-system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Service are provided "as is" and"as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Without limiting Section 8, we do not warrant that location, address, time, compass, altitude, or other stamped data is accurate, reliable, complete, suitable for any particular purpose, or fit for use as evidence or for any professional, legal, insurance, navigational, safety, or compliance purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service or your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk or legal exposure for us. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App, and you may request deletion of your account data as described in the Privacy Policy and Section 17.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10–12, 20, 22, 23, and 25) will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We are not liable for loss or harm arising from: (a) inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable location, address, time, or compass data; (b) reliance on App output as evidence or for any decision; (c) loss of locally stored content (including from uninstalling, clearing data, or device failure); (d) third-party services; or (e) your violation of law or third-party rights.
Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid us within the preceding twelve months, or (b) USD 25.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates and our respective officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) content you capture, store, or share; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app or other reasonable notice. Changes take effect upon posting or on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using and uninstall the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable local consumer-protection rights, you agree that the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the App, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the App and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. If you obtained the App from a store other than Google Play, additional store-specific terms may apply, and that store's terms govern payments and refunds for that store.
