Arrow Puzzle ("the app") is a puzzle game for iOS operated byAyelite Technologies PVT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). The app is designed to collect as little data as possible: it needs only minimal information to operate, show advertising in the free version, and understand aggregate usage. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
On first launch the app generates a random ID (a UUID) stored on your device. It isnot your name, email, Apple ID, or advertising ID, and it is not linked to your real-world identity. We use it to count installs, understand how many people play, and remember your "Remove Ads" purchase.
App version, OS version, device model, and an approximate country derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored, and we do not collect precise location.
Aggregate session signals and completed "Remove Ads" purchases, tied only to the anonymous install identifier.
What we do not collect: the app has no login or account. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.
The free version shows ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information and identifiers, including the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) where you permit it. On iOS you will see an App Tracking Transparency prompt before any personalized tracking; you can decline, or change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes banner and interstitial ads. AdMob's data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details. We only record that a product purchase was completed, tied to the anonymous identifier, so we can restore your entitlement.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the app: Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple (App Store purchases and app delivery). Beyond that, we disclose information only if required by law.
Anonymous install and event records are kept for as long as we operate and improve the app. Because the data is not linked to your identity, deleting the app removes the identifier from your device.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
